About Colleen Murphy, DDS
Dr. Murphy’s dental acumen and commitment to comprehensive dental care, combined with her friendly, compassionate and caring personality, make her the ideal addition to North Scottsdale Dental Studio.
Dr. Murphy completed her undergraduate studies at Michigan State University followed by dental school at the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Dentistry. Thereafter, she continued her education in an advanced general practice residency at Lutheran Medical Center in New York.
When you meet Dr. Murphy, her energy and passion for dentistry is clear. She is committed to providing the highest level of care while making sure each patient is comfortable and educated on their specific procedures and overall oral health. Her passion for lifelong learning in the science and art of dentistry has included advanced education in Invisalign®, oral-conscious sedation dentistry, and cosmetic dentistry. She truly enjoys sharing this knowledge with her patients to ensure that they chose the best individualized treatment plans.
Dr. Murphy has been serving patients in the valley since 2002, using her considerable talents to improve the lives of others. She volunteers at the Boys & Girls Club dental outreach program and Christina’s Smile, providing free dental care to children in need. In her free time, Dr. Murphy enjoys mountain biking, golfing, hiking, skiing and sailing with her husband and two teenage sons.
