We offer two membership options depending on the type of care you need most:
The Preventative Plan is designed for patients who want to stay ahead of dental issues with regular checkups. It includes two preventative hygiene visits, two wellness exams, all necessary x-rays, two fluoride treatments, and one emergency exam — plus 20% off additional dental treatment.
The Periodontal Plan is built for patients who need more focused gum health support. It includes four periodontal maintenance visits, two wellness exams, all necessary x-rays, four fluoride treatments, and four irrigation and laser treatments, along with the same 20% discount on additional treatment.
Savings That Add Up
Membership also comes with built-in savings. Enroll two or more family members, and each additional person receives 10% off their annual membership fee — a value of up to $1,500 or $800 depending on the plan. Members also save 20% with our select specialist partners, including AZ Perio, Canyon Ridge Endo, and Galati Orthodontics, making it easier to access specialized care without added financial stress.
